About Us
Black Girls Rock, DMV - Women on the Move

“One Goal, Several Missions"

When God placed this idea/vision into my spirit it wasn’t about any self gratification it was solely about me getting out of my own way of procrastinating, so that I can walk into my own divine purpose.

I was listening to a pastor, Dr. Jamal Bryant and he was speaking so profoundly and transparent. I immediately started thanking God for the confirmation.

I knew I had to recalibrate my way of thinking. I started this movement to inspire and motivate and I needed to find other women who have the drive and passion to serve other women, teens and young girls in the DMV.

This objective will be accomplished with alot of "get down right dirty hard work and dedication".
